Houses in Angmering
A schedule of Tithe Map houses which can be associated with present day or recent houses - either because they date from the early 19th century and earlier, or because a house of that period has been rebuilt. Some errors here are to be expected.
Also other houses that have been lost and no identifiable houses built in their place.
The tithe reference numbers for Ham ijn Station Road are different to the numbers in the Angmering map, therefore suffix H indicates Ham numbers.
Not all the houses are located on the maps, where these are isolated (as in Dappers Lane), or where they cannot be identified at present (as in Angmering Park).
Several houses were located in Poling parish outliers, and only those in the outlier in Angmering Green or Square area are mapped.

Outliers
A number of fields belonged to other parishes, mainly Poling, but also Rustington and East Preston. These are not generally included although there are maps available.
The only houses belonging to Poling were in the plot southeast of Angmering church, today occupied by shops and the Village Hall, and another directly north of what is today the Woodman or Woodmans Arms.
